Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder message will take you just a couple of clicks if you are using a Linux cloud hosting from our company. This can be done in the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you can view your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You can either select an email address and click on the auto-responder icon or just right-click and choose the feature in the context menu which will pop up. All you need to do will be to type in the text which you want to be sent as the automatic reply and save the changes. You'll be able to enter any text you need and modifying or removing the auto-responder feature is just as simple. In the same section of the Control Panel you can check which mail accounts have the option enabled and which don't.

If you choose to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account with us, you will be able to add an auto-responder to any e-mail that you set up from the Emails part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All mailboxes you have will be available in alphabetical order within this section and for each one of them you will notice a tiny "Auto-responder" icon. To activate the feature, click on the button for a certain e-mail, type in the content that you'll want people to get as a answer to their emails, then save your changes. You will be able to modify or delete this text any time following the very same steps.
