The Finnish Border Guard on Friday resumed the Digital Travel Credentials (DTC) border control at Helsinki Airport for departing and arriving traffic, said an official press release.
If the travellers complete the registration, they can send the DTC information as before, and use the DTC border control lines.
Earlier on November 20, the Border Guard suspended the Digital Travel Credentials border control at Helsinki Airport.
The decision was taken temporarily due to the situation at the Eastern border.
The Finnish Border Guard piloted the DTC at Helsinki Airport from 28 August 2023 in cooperation with Finnair, the Finnish Police and Finavia.
