Meat production decreased by 4% in January-July this year compared to the stipulated period of the previous year, said the Natural Resources Institute Finland –Luke in a release on Thursday.
Although beef production increased by four percent, the productions of pork, poultry and mutton decreased by nine percent, three percent and seven percent respectively.
In July the production of beef remained unchanged compared to the July 2022 but the production of pork reduced by five percent, poultry meat reduced by two percent and mutton reduced by 27 %.
